Dockside Realty Ltd. is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage on Saturna Island with an office on Pender Island as well. Our agents all live in the Gulf Islands. Sherrie (our managing broker) has been a licensed agent since 1990 – Dave, our Associate Broker since 1998 and with all of us combined we can offer about 41 years of experience. We have a unique waterfront location at beautiful Lyall Harbour, one of the most convenient locations on Saturna Island, just metres from the BC Ferries dock.
