Dockside Realty Ltd. is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage on Saturna & Pender Islands.  Our team are all long time islanders and have lived in the Gulf Islands as far back as 1981.  Sherrie (our managing broker) has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990.

Team Minded Approach

Most real estate brokerages are home to a number of independent Realtors who all compete against each other for clients.  At Dockside, we take a more team-minded approach to Saturna Island real estate.  We work together to provide our valued clients with exceptional service at all times, from all of our agents & support staff.

Gulf Islands Specialists

While you will find our head office on Pender Island, we also have an office on Saturna Island and have numerous contacts throughout the other Gulf Islands.  Saturna is a great place to live, but we'd like to find the right property on the right island for you.  That's what working with Dockside is all about.
